What are ports?

Ports are the shipping areas located right by the rivers of major shipping channels. These are used to load amd unload all of the ships that come in and out of of them. Ports make money by docking the ships, offloading their cargo onto trucks to go to stores, reloading the ship with new cargo, and letting the ship go. Savannah has a very large port which is the third largest in the world. These ports need a lot of workers and a lot of heavy machinery. The ideas that were listed will help making transportation easier and make sorting and landing some of the cargo easier.

Hyperloop

The hyperloop would be used to transport workers and cargo over the port faster. It can be placed all around the ports. This also uses no fuel it only uses electricity and air pressure. This will allow the for faster loading and unloading of cargo and will be more efficient than driving a car around the port. The hyperloop can go over two hundred miles per hour so what would normally take ten minutes can take only 2 which is a large difference when you add up all of the time it takes for all of the men to get to the rivers or their stations.
